Qualifications and responsibilities for this Building Engineer position include:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in building engineering or facility maintenance, with a focus on commercial buildings.
- Experience in operating and maintaining BMS systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with electrical and plumbing systems.
- Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance of building systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Work with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs. Oversee their work to ensure quality and compliance.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities. Update system manuals and maintenance logs regularly.

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an annual performance-based bonus of $5,000 - $10,000.
