Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Pre-Construction position include:

- 5+ years of supervisory experience in production or construction
- Knowledge of constructing docks, bulkheads, welding, and carpentry
- Experience servicing heavy equipment like excavators, forklifts, and diesel engines
- WABO Welder Certification and OSHA certification preferred
- Overseeing a team of about 10, including hiring, training, and development
- Writing schedules, managing barge movements, and maintaining equipment
- Collaborating with the Director of Construction to develop project plans
- Conducting quality control checks and ensuring safety protocols are followed

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a 401(k) with up to 6% company match, 8 paid holidays, 40 hours of vacation in the first three years, unlimited PTO, comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision, long-term disability plan, and a $15,000 life insurance policy.
