Qualifications and responsibilities for this Shop Foreman position include:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with specific experience in cast stone
- Strong understanding of production management
- Ability to order materials and set up production schedules
- Manage three different in-house mold shops
- Oversee 5-6 installation crews handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Train under the current foreman during the transition period
- Flexible start time with core hours from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Must be reachable on weekends for installation-related issues

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
