Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt Plant Maintenance Technician position include:

- 3+ years' experience in industrial plant maintenance, preferably in asphalt plants
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations
- Inspect and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to analyze and resolve issues
- Perform welding tasks as needed for equipment repair
- Collaborate with the plant team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Knowledge of industrial mechanics, electrical systems, and low/high voltage equipment
- Willingness to travel between our 3 plants

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
