Qualifications and responsibilities for this Site Development Estimator position include:

- Proven experience in finding job opportunities and estimating jobs in site development
- Strong vendor relationships and knowledge of material procurement
- Proficiency in using Roctek for estimating and putting together bids
- Ability to manage and send out multiple bids per month
- Familiarity with local soil conditions and suppliers in Florida
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle any size job and collaborate with a team of 45 employees

Salary: $52,000 - $90,000 per year with the potential to earn up to $150,000 annually through a multi-tiered bonus plan, including volume bonus, growth bonus, and gross profit percentage bonus.
