Qualifications and responsibilities for this Metal Stamping Tool and Die Engineer position include:

- 10+ years of experience in Metal Stamping Tool and Dies.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D tooling software like VISI.
- Strong background in overseeing the fabrication, testing, and debugging of tools and dies.
- Managing a team of 4 tool makers, ensuring top-notch maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Implementing and maintaining detailed documentation for all tool and die processes.
- Overseeing the quality and performance of new tool and die designs from external toolmakers.
- Ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency in tool performance.

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
