Responsibilities:

• Implement strategic improvements for production, quality and labor utilization throughout the facility.
• Provide leadership to ensure effective utilization of plant personnel and equipment.
• Collaborate with functional departments in the implementation of consistent improvements.
• Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, equipment, processes to final shipping of all products.
• Ensure that production is scheduled in accordance with capacity and customer requirements.
• Manage materials replenishment, quality standards, equipment PM/service and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in operations, management, or business is highly preferred; commensurate experience will be considered.
• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in Management and Leadership.
• Demonstrate understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
