Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Mechanical Engineer (P.E.) position include:

- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mechanical design for building infrastructure.
- Proficiency in using Trane/Trace, Carrier/HAP, Microsoft Office products, CADD, BIM/Revit, and other industry software.
- Experience in project management and client relationship management is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain clearance for client and government contracts.
- Preferred qualifications include LEED AP or equivalent and commissioning certification or experience.
- Responsibilities include preparing mechanical design solutions, conducting field surveys, energy audits, life cycle cost analyses, and cost estimating.

Salary: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus overtime.
