Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Manager position include:

- 5+ years of experience in HVAC with preferred certifications such as EPA, HVAC, or any mechanical license like journeyman or master.
- Proven sales experience in the HVAC industry, with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities, including the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Oversee the HVAC service department, leading a team of technicians and managing sales activities to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.
- Supervise, train, and support HVAC technicians to enhance their skills, conduct performance evaluations, and organize daily team meetings.
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, control related costs, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Degree or certification in HVAC technology and relevant industry certifications, with a clean driving record and bilingual proficiency preferred (English/Spanish).

Salary: $70,000 per year plus commissions, with total compensation ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 annually!
