Senior Façade Engineer (Los Angeles, CA): Participate & actively contribute to design workshops, where façade cladding solutions are explored & determined, together with architects & fellow professionals & with the cladding industry. Sketch details to develop ideas & to explain façade engineering concepts. Produce drawings, specifications, & reports, & coordinate the façade engineering work of others. Comment on cladding industry submittals. Witness testing & prepare associated technical reports. Observe factory & project site progress & prepare associated technical reports. Communicate with clients to establish their façade needs & maintain a dialogue throughout the project. Provide technical façade engineering advice, guidance, & mentorship to junior members of the team. Req’s Bachelor’s degr plus 3 yrs exp. Salary Range: $110,200 - $149,000/yr.
