**Job Description:** Our client is looking for a seasoned and proficient Building Restoration Engineer or Forensic Architect to join the team. The ideal candidate should have the credentials to sign and seal drawings and details in Florida, facilitating the owner's ability to delegate oversight of repair methodologies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create and execute detailed building restoration plans.
- Conduct forensic evaluations and analyses of structural problems.
- Prepare, sign, and seal drawings, details, and specifications in accordance with Florida regulations.
- Lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
- Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Offer expert advice on repair methodologies and solutions.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- At least 5 years of experience in building restoration or forensic architecture.
- Active professional engineering or architecture license in Florida.
- Demonstrated ability to sign and seal drawings and details.
- In-depth knowledge of Florida building codes and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and project management abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Salary Range:** $97-125K
This is a full time direct hire job with benefits. This role can be performed hybrid. Will be able to work from home, report in office as needed and job site.
