Responsibilities:

• Lead the E&I maintenance team, ensuring safe and reliable work execution.
• Manage instrument PMs and critical tasks using the site's CMMS.
• Coordinate SIS testing, ensure compliance with safety guidelines, and maintain environmental analyzers.
• Oversee MOC, Corrective Actions, and adherence to maintenance schedules.
• Promote safety within the E&I group and support technician development.
• Provide guidance on the corporate reliability program and manage E&I work during outages.
• Collaborate on procurement contracts, and manage contractor workforce.
• Maintain cost control and budget adherence.

Experience:

• BS Electrical Engineering degree with 7+ years experience in plant level Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment Maintenance experience in PSM regulated chemical plants.
• Minimum of 3+ years in proven management background of budget, programs and direct reporting staff.
• Familiarity with industrial electrical codes, RAGAGEP, and PSM principles.
• Knowledge of maintaining Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
• Ability to work now or in the future without sponsorship.
