Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Chiller Technician (Union) position include:

- Union Card Holder - Plumber and Pipefitter Local, with a High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years’ experience in general HVAC maintenance and 3+ years in chiller installation/maintenance/service
- Experience with air-cooled/water-cooled systems and various compressors; high tonnage and absorber experience a plus
- Ability to pass company drug screen and background check, with a clear Motor Vehicle Report
- Perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and replacement of chillers
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards, providing the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies
- Complete required project and service documentation, and communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Conduct self-study to maintain technical proficiency and assist in developing quotes and estimates as needed

Salary: $42.00 - $44.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
