Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Plant Manager position include:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field required, MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of plant management experience, preferably with food service equipment.
- Overseeing daily operations of steel fabrication, rotocast, and assembly processes.
- Managing engineering changes, capital improvements, and new product development.
- Collaborating with teams across the plant to align manufacturing priorities with business goals.
- Mentoring and developing staff, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
- Implementing strategic improvements to enhance production efficiency, inventory control, and safety.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and hands-on experience in plant management.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
