Qualifications and responsibilities for this General Manager position include:

- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing plant, ideally in the concrete or construction materials industry.
- Take full ownership of the plant’s operations, driving both day-to-day functions and long-term strategies.
- Ensure the plant runs efficiently and meets productivity and quality standards.
- Lead and develop a team of 30 employees, overseeing HR functions like hiring, training, and performance management.
- Manage the plant's budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
- Develop strategies to grow market share and revenue, representing the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Continuously enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and business growth.

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
