Qualifications and responsibilities for this Field Superintendent position include:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial construction.
- Site work experience is highly preferred.
- Trade school and/or college experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed construction plans and specifications.
- Strong safety background with the ability to maintain a secure job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Ability to oversee job site operations, including staging, safety meetings, and coordination with subcontractors.
- Effective communication skills for daily reporting, log keeping, and coordinating with the General Superintendent and Project Manager.
- Willingness to travel within Chicagoland and neighboring states, with the ability to manage multiple trades on various projects.

Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
