Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Estimator position include:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant site work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in estimating heavy civil self-performance work.
- Strong experience with B2W Estimate, Agtek, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with civil construction rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
- Amiable personality with the ability to mentor and guide future generations.
- Managing associate estimators' time, quality, and accuracy, and influencing decisions on project pursuit.
- Building effective relationships with customers, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups.
- Actively participating in industry, client, and community relations to enhance the company's image.

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
