We are looking for a Hydraulic Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a unique position that allows you to work remotely while traveling to Dayton, OH or Wichita, KS as needed. As a supplier to a high-stakes $13 billion contract for the U.S. Air Force, you’ll be working on the command centers of the future, Boeing 747 "doomsday" planes, ensuring optimal performance of their hydraulic systems. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Hydraulic Systems Subject Matter Expert position include:

- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred.
- Expertise in B747 or variants (B747-200/300, -400, VC-25, E4) aircraft systems.
- Willingness to travel to customer facilities in Dayton and/or Wichita, up to 2 weeks per month during initial phases.
- Evaluate existing subsystems and provide input on new or modified requirements.
- Produce analytical studies and test data for subsystem modifications.
- Work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment to meet aggressive program goals.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.

Salary: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
