Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Service Manager position include:- 8+ years of commercial HVAC field experience- Experience managing an account coordinator and overseeing new accounts- Answering questions from technicians and serving as the main point of contact for clients- Handling client communications, including resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction- Overseeing high-priority service calls and managing invoicing/quoting processes- Collaborating with the office manager and other departments to meet client needs- Familiarity with Microsoft products and willingness to learn Service Titan- Minimal travel (3-4 times per year)Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities with the potential of earning up to $20,000!
