Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Construction Estimator position include:- Minimum 5 years of civil construction estimating experience- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in construction management or related field preferred- Proficiency in Excel and general computing skills; experience with AGTEK and Building Connect is a plus- Prepare estimates, proposals, and takeoffs based on project plans and specifications- Manage bid solicitations, documents, and maintain a cost-of-work database- Conduct site visits with clients and subcontractors- Build professional relationships with subcontractors for ongoing and future projectsSalary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
