Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Oversight Architect position include:- Mid to senior-level experience in Construction Administration, particularly on K-12 school projects- Ability to navigate Bluebeam and project management software like Primavera, Unifier, or Procore- Willingness to spend up to 80% of the time in the field, ensuring work aligns with design intent- Degree in Architecture or Construction Management preferred but not required.- Assist Project Manager in bid analysis, RFIs, and pre-bid coordination- Review construction progress through field reports, weekly site visits, and managing submittals- Ensure punch list completion and resolve outstanding issues during post-constructionSalary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
