Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer / Team Lead position include:- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering- Minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical design for large industrial systems (CHP, HVAC, Heat Pumps, etc.)- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (advanced Revit skills not required)- Experience with energy efficiency projects from concept to detailed design- Collaborating with teams to implement designs at manufacturing sites- Developing client relationships to foster business growth- Project management skills are a plus- Managing a small design team while ensuring project successSalary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
