Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to optimize and improve our production processes. The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in driving process efficiencies, reducing waste, and ensuring that high-quality standards are met. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives in line with lean manufacturing principles. Key Responsibilities: Process Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing processes and develop strategies to optimize production flow, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.Lean Manufacturing: Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to streamline production, minimize waste, and improve efficiency across all stages of production.Production Support: Provide ongoing technical support to the production team by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to equipment, tooling, and materials.New Product Introduction (NPI): Collaborate with R&D, product development, and quality teams to ensure smooth introduction of new products into the manufacturing process.Quality Control: Ensure that all manufacturing processes adhere to company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement projects focused on reducing labor, material, and overhead costs.Equipment Optimization: Work with maintenance and production teams to develop preventive maintenance plans and optimize equipment performance.Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on key production metrics, using data to inform decision-making and improve process reliability. Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering in a production environment.Skills:Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.Hands-on experience with process improvement, production planning, and quality control.Proficiency with CAD software, ERP systems, and manufacturing technology.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on the production floor.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing.Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance in a manufacturing setting.Experience in implementing Six Sigma projects.
