Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential HVAC Service Manager position include:- Prior experience managing and developing service teams.- Ability to implement processes and training programs.- Hands-on experience with residential HVAC, specifically new construction and repair.- Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains software is preferred.- Ability to work closely with senior management to grow the service department.- Willingness to occasionally travel within the Gulf South region.- Must be a strong leader and mentor for a team of 45 technicians.Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
