Qualifications and responsibilities for this Procurement Manager position include:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry, particularly in multifamily construction projects.- Established network within the construction industry to leverage for supplier negotiations and partnerships strongly desired.- Proficiency in Excel and other procurement-related software and tools.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and process improvements.- Create and enforce standardized procurement processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance across all projects.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating contracts to secure the best prices and quality.- Analyze and track procurement expenses, ensuring alignment with project budgets.- Manage inventory levels to balance material availability with cost efficiency.Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
