Qualifications and responsibilities for this Division Manager position include:- Master Plumber's License (unrestricted) required.- Must be able to estimate, manage, and oversee projects up to $10M.- Supervise 1 Project Manager and a team of 12 technicians.- Provide on-site support and leadership for commercial plumbing projects.- Experience with Trimble and Procore software preferred.- Manage division operations, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.- Collaborate with executive teams and participate in company growth.- Drive continuous improvement and project efficiency.Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
