Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Architect position include:- BA in Architecture required, MA in Architecture preferred- 5+ years of experience in residential architectural design- Strong experience in Construction Documents (CDs) and design development- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD- Licensed architect preferred, but open to unlicensed professionals with strong experience- Collaborate closely with the owner to translate initial designs into construction-ready documents- Work with engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure project success- Ensure compliance with residential building codes and standardsSalary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
