Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Remodeling Designer position include:- 3+ years of experience in residential construction, design, and sales- Strong knowledge of CAD software, including Chief Architect or 2020- Experience designing and selling kitchens, baths, and whole-home remodels- Estimating experience using software such as JobTread or similar- Manage client relationships and guide them through the design and remodeling process- Collaborate with drafters, carpenters, and other team members to bring designs to life- Maintain knowledge of New England architecture and local trends- Ensure project budgets are adhered to, with project sizes ranging from $80k to $1mSalary: $45,000 base plus commissions, with first-year earnings expected to be between $80,000 - $90,000. Experienced designers can earn up to $150,000 annually.
