Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:- 5 years of applicable construction experience, with extensive knowledge of the general construction industry- Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field from an accredited institution- OSHA 10 certification required- Experience with Microsoft Office and Estimating, Scheduling and Project Management software, such as Timberline- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and safety- Lead project buyouts, subcontractor management, and material procurement- Ensure projects are completed within contractual terms, on time, and within budget- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractorsSalary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
