Qualifications and responsibilities for this Shift Supervisor position include:- 3-5 years of experience in flexographic printing, preferably on plastics- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or packaging setting- Oversee daily operations of a 12-hour shift (7 AM-7 PM) with a 2-2-3 schedule- Lead safety initiatives and enforce safety protocols- Manage printing and laminating processes, ensuring efficiency and quality- Collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep- Provide mentorship and performance evaluations for your team of 15-20 staff- Drive continuous improvements in production and workflowSalary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with up to a 10% bonus.
