Qualifications and responsibilities for this Milling Operations Supervisor position include:- 3-5 years’ experience in 3 & 5-axis CNC machine programming and operations.- Proficiency in CAM software, such as NX, Mastercam, or Powermill.- Supervising and managing the daily operations of CNC and support functions.- Overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines and ensuring high-quality standards.- Collaborating with the CAD team to ensure accurate modeling and blockup drawings.- Coordinating production schedules and ensuring materials, tools, and resources are available.- Managing staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance.Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
