Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plant Manager position include:- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing management/supervisor role.- Experience in truck mechanics, metal fabrication, or a related manufacturing field.- Leading a team of at least 5 employees, handling hiring, training, and scheduling.- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.- Overseeing production schedules, inventory control, and financial health of the plant.- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.- Collaborating with sales and marketing to improve customer communication and satisfaction.- Driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive work culture.Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses.
