Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:- Experience in construction management, including supervision of both vertical and horizontal work.- Conducting constructability reviews and detailed inspections of underground storage tank installations and related stormwater systems.- Quality control supervision, daily reporting, and ensuring compliance with environmental measures, including archaeological monitoring.- Overseeing construction activities, reviewing schedules, and facilitating progress and stakeholder meetings.- Utilities inspection, coordination with design offices, and managing material testing reports and contractor schedules.- Supervising, training, and reviewing inspection staff, and documenting work on various construction tasks, including earthwork, drainage, paving, and building finishes.- Coordinating punch-list items and managing project close-out processes.- Professional coordination of Submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs) with contractors and design teams.Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
