High Tech Genesis is in search of a Cloud Application and DevOps Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in deploying and upgrading EKS clusters in production environments. This individual will play a vital role in developing large-scale, distributed applications with robust federation, dynamic scaling and configuration, security and policy management, dynamic scaling and improved resilience and fault tolerance. Roles and responsibilities:Administer and troubleshoot Kubernetes, including EKS cluster deployment and upgradesUtilize AWS services (EC2, ELB, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.) for provisioning and managementDevelop automation scripts using Bash and PythonImplement infrastructure-as-code environments and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitManage cloud infrastructures on AWS, including core services (EC2, RDS, S3) and security layers (IAM, SSM)Configure Kubernetes networking, load balancers, and monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)Support cloud-hosted systems 24/7 with troubleshooting, hotfixing, and root cause analysis  Required skills and experience:8+ years of experience with container tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure/DevOps rolesStrong Linux administration and virtualization technology experience (KVM, VMware)Hands-on experience with AWS services and Kubernetes operational componentsBachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science)AWS Solutions Architect and Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certifications requiredExtensive hands-on experience on EKS cluster deployment and upgrade in the production environment High Tech Genesis Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Diversity and inclusion are at the core of our values.Please be advised:Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States.Kindly submit your resume in MS Word format upon application for this position
