Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (MSCE preferred), with a focus on structural engineering.- Experience working with Mass Timber projects is required.- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.- Proficiency in Revit, with some experience in AutoCAD.- Perform structural calculations, designs, and detailing for Mass Timber and other structural elements.- Collaborate on various projects in healthcare, K-12, higher ed, commercial, and retail sectors.- Lead design and project management while coordinating schedules with clients and stakeholders.- Review building codes, perform fieldwork, and produce technical reports to ensure the highest standards.- Communicate project goals and collaborate closely with clients to deliver added value beyond designs.Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
