For over 30 years, we have been dedicated to delivering professional services across upstate New York and northeastern Pennsylvania.We are currently looking for a licensed Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in design and project management to lead our Civil Engineering Department.Primary Duties:- Oversee a team of 10+ Engineers.- Manage work distribution, project schedules, and project budgets.- Review technical designs.- Communicate with clients and other departments within the firm.- Respond to project inquiries and requests for proposals.- Work in collaboration with accounting to prepare invoices for civil design projects as required.- QA/QC policy and review.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
