Qualifications and responsibilities for this Truss Plant Manager position include:- Proven experience managing or supervising truss plant operations or serving as a project manager in truss manufacturing.- Oversee production, scheduling, quality control, and safety across the plant.- Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.- Coordinate with various departments and third-party shippers to meet delivery schedules.- Ensure equipment and materials are maintained to keep production running smoothly.- Enforce safety regulations and industry compliance within the facility.- Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement and optimization.Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus monthly bonuses.
