Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chief Civil/Structural Engineer position include:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.- 10-30 years of experience in structural and civil engineering, ideally with USACE projects.- Expertise in designing pump stations, flood walls, and large-scale sewer drainage systems.- Ability to lead and manage projects from concept to completion.- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).- Proven experience managing full-cycle design processes, including slabs, walls, and pipe crossings.- Strong knowledge of Army Corps of Engineers standards and specifications.- Occasional travel to project sites (less than 10%).Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
