Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred, EITs will be considered- 5-15 years of experience in land development projects, ideally large-scale- Strong leadership skills to manage project teams, including junior engineers and drafters- Client-facing with excellent communication skills to guide projects from start to finish- Proficiency in Civil 3D software- Work on private sector projects nationwide- Coordinate with project coordinators and oversee technical project details- Hybrid work environmentSalary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus potential.
