Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Project Manager position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required)- 5+ years of experience managing MEP projects, from planning to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control- Proficiency in managing mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, ensuring proper installation and functionality- Skilled in developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets using MS Project or similar software tools- Ability to review, process, and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance- Knowledgeable of building codes, industry regulations, and best practices related to mechanical systems in industrial settingsSalary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus end-of-year bonus opportunities.
