Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or elevator industry.- Create and submit bids for projects, request POs, and order equipment.- Manage communication and documentation for construction projects, including submittals and drawings.- Track project status including equipment orders, billing, and scheduling.- Set up new installation projects in QuickBooks and send notifications for new contracts.- Coordinate with superintendents, manage jobsite schedules, and assist with equipment rentals.- Process project closeouts and safety submittals.- Support superintendents by scheduling inspections and maintaining equipment status.Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
