Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Landscape Designer position include:- Minimum of 7 years' experience designing high-end residential landscape projects- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent experience required- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion Pro 8, and SketchUp- In-depth knowledge of Florida plant species, hardscape elements, and city regulations- Ability to prepare accurate, detailed landscape construction drawings with minimal supervision- Experience in permitting processes and drafting standards- Ability to manage the entire design process from initial client meetings through project completion- Strong understanding of site visits, project management, and staff supportSalary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
