Qualifications and responsibilities for this Staff Accountant position include:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).- 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, cash application, and general accounting functions.- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Solution 22 and Microsoft Excel.- Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment management.- Perform accurate cash applications and bank reconciliations.- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with company policies.- Reconcile various accounts and assist in preparing financial statements.- Support internal audits and contribute to improving internal controls.Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
