We seek individuals who bring diverse experiences from all industries to help us continue innovating and growing. Why Join Us? Fast-Paced Innovation: Our employees thrive in a dynamic, forward-thinking workspace that values creativity and initiative. Growth & Responsibility: We offer high levels of personal responsibility and opportunities to make meaningful impacts from day one. Engineering Excellence: We are committed to producing top-quality, robust products that meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers. If you are passionate about innovation, value quality, and are looking for a workplace where your contributions truly matter, we want to hear from you! Job Duties: Perform mechanical engineering throughout the full lifecycles of product including design, development, testing, manufacturing and product support.Move new designs from concept, through prototype, and into production.Troubleshoot issues on prototype and production assemblies on an aggressive production schedule.Participate in design reviews to improve design for manufacturability, procurement cost, and quality control.Perform manufacturing assessments of new designs and drive optimization of designs for manufacturability and cost.Develop an expertise on the manufacturing of our niche equipment.Perform a hands-on engineering and liaison role between engineering and production.Create comprehensive engineering documentation necessary for the transition from prototype to production including both written and visual work instructions.Developing production procedures/processes.Resource management, planning, coordinating and interfacing with in-house developed Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemResolving manufacturing discrepancies and interfacing with the quality team. Required Qualifications Self-motivated and excellent work ethicStrong attention to detail and ability to solve problems.Fusion / Autodesk Software Suite ProficiencyMicrosoft Suite ProficiencyExperience a minimum of 5 years in product manufacturing (B2B or Industrial Products, PVF experience attractive) or machine shop environment 4 year accredited Engineering College Degree (minimum requirement) This job description covers general duties but does not exclude other assignments as required. Our company offers a great environment for employees to learn, build real working systems and tackle exciting challenges every day.  We operate in a fun, casual work environment and have great benefits including: competitive salary, medical insurance, vacation time, matching IRA and more.
