Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Door & Hardware Project Manager position include:- 3-5 years of experience in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry.- Strong ability to build full submittal packages, including door, frame, and hardware schedules.- Proficient in reading blueprints and architectural plans, and comfortable visiting job sites to confirm project accuracy.- Manage project costs, schedules, and ensure timely project completion.- Excellent communication with superintendents and GC project managers to execute and expedite schedules.- DHI certification or AHC certification is highly preferred but not required.- A proactive approach to business development and growing client relationships.- Regular visits to job sites in the Phoenix area and potential for hybrid work flexibility.Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
