Job Description:
You will be working for one of the world's leading engineering, procurement and construction companies to the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical sector. Our client has a significant number of capital projects being requested in 2017 that require additional contract resourcing to complete designs and manage the projects in accordance with the Corporations standards.Knowledge of Pipeline Stress Analysis.Provide assistance to the Lead Pipeline Engineer, as requested, in the areas of schedules, estimates, progress reports, meetings, procurement activities, etc.Utilize vendor data and work with other disciplines as required for the performance of pipeline designs.Actively participate in, and maximize the use of, Pipeline Knowledge Community and other available resources.Travel, as required, to ensure the successful execution of project and/or department goalsAttend external technical seminars and self-enroll in training courses for in-house management.Perform self-check of completed work, develop self confidence, and provide guidance to less experienced pipeline engineers.Exhibit thorough understanding of pertinent pipeline codes and standards, governing regulations, and industry practices, etc.Develop experience in pipeline field construction management.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:BS in Engineering or equivalent.Eligible for Professional Registration.5 years of pipeline engineering experience.We will provide the work placement/work permit (Visa if required) with our Corporate clients.If you are interested by a high-level career in Engineering area, please, send us a resume thru email.
