Qualifications and responsibilities for this Advanced Process Engineer position include:- B.S. in Engineering or related field, with 3+ years of experience in a chemical or related industry.- Experience with process design, including P&ID updates, heat and material balances, and pressure drop calculations for piping systems.- Perform process simulations and design calculations to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance efficiency.- Lead process safety reviews and risk mitigation strategies.- Develop comprehensive test plans, document findings, and ensure rigorous execution of safety standards.- Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical specifications, working closely with cross-functional teams.- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to meet regulatory and environmental standards.- Work with statistical process control (SPC) tools to ensure quality and efficiency in production.Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
