Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (Automation Engineer) position include:- Associate’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Technology.- 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical automation, control systems, and PLC/HMI programming.- Manage the electrical maintenance team and ensure effective, safe operations.- Program PLCs, configure VFDs, and implement SCADA systems.- Lead electrical system design and control panel wiring for manufacturing operations.- Ensure voltage regulation, power stability, and operational reliability.- Conduct maintenance reviews and train end users on process control systems.- Supervise plant operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment.Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
