Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Interior Demolition Estimator position include:- 5+ years of experience in interior demolition estimating- Strong connections to developers, GCs, and public works within Chicagoland- Experience working on large projects, including 300–600-unit complexes- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents and specs- Lead bid strategies, attend pre-bid meetings, perform take-offs, and prepare cost estimates- Oversee the growth of the division, bringing in an estimated $3M in business- Opportunity to hire and manage junior estimators as the team expands- Ability to adapt to changing software needs and manage project turnoversSalary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
