Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Manager position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering- Professional Engineer (PE) license required- Experience in vertical and horizontal construction management- Expertise in quality control supervision, daily reporting, and constructability reviews- Capable of overseeing environmental measures and archaeological monitoring- Proficient in utilities inspection, scheduling, and review of materials testing reports- Skilled in leading progress meetings, facilitating RFIs, and managing punch lists- Ability to supervise inspection staff and monitor contractor performance across disciplines- Knowledgeable in coordinating with design teams, tracking project schedules, and ensuring project close-outSalary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
